A leading law firm in Washington, DC, specializing in international trade law, is seeking a skilled International Trade Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience with trade remedies and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in matters related to trade remedies, including antidumping and countervailing duty cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare memoranda related to international trade issues.
- Work collaboratively with clients, government agencies, and other legal professionals to develop and execute strategies.
- Monitor and analyze trade policies, regulations, and enforcement actions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- At least two years of relevant experience in trade remedies or related areas of international trade law.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Admission to the bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
